Beard is the epitome of "save it for the playoffs."

EDIT - And, you know what? If Beard is only good for 6-8 DPOY-quality games per year, and she saves all eight for the playoffs, then she's worth every dime she's paid.

For all the stupid things Canada has done she’s been Seattle’s MVP so far these playoffs imo. Lloyd playing like shit today Beard seems to always have her number.

It's easy to remember the shots she makes and forget things like that 5 pt gift to LA.

Btw, Lloyd has more pts than Canada on HALF the shots today.

5/16 shooting isn't exactly MVP territory.

Candace Parker is the face of the franchise, but this is Nneka's team.

For what it’s worth this one playoff game has been more entertaining than both games from the 1st Rd combined.

Pretty much so.

I reckon that's how it should be. Same as how the Sparks became Parker's team, even when Leslie was the face of the franchise. Same as how the Lynx essentially became Moore's team while Augustus was still the face of the franchise.

Hayes has had the opportunity to make Atlanta her team, over the last three seasons, but has proven herself to not be up to the task.

A blowout and Dietrick still can't get off the bench.

The Sparks' A-game is better than the Sun's A-game. If Los Angeles plays like this in the semi-finals, Connecticut can't win.

Hayes should be traded for a draft pick while she still has value. She’s just not that girl to lead a team.

I agree with what Nneka was possibly hinting at. Top 4 seed shouldn't have to play a single elimination game. They earned a series, but I digress. Rolling Eyes

Are my eyes deceiving me or did a fan just try and rush the court?

I doubt anyone signs her next season, so this was likely her last WNBA game.

Did yall see that? After Nneka's interview looks like a fan ran onto the court. Security man handled him but it looked a little weird/scary with Chiney kinda protecting her sis. Cute, but glad everybody is ok

I saw that! Did y'all see Chiney protect her sis? #Cute lol. I don't think he wanted to harm anyone, probably a little too excited. Looks like he may have had a Houston jersey on...idk.
