Natasha Howard made a solid run at it this year.

Collier has the tools, if her rookie season is her lowest point.

Natasha Howard, Jonquel Jones or Britney Griner have the best chances.

Collier & McCowan aren't going to be big enough scorers to win MVP

McCowan just put up 10ppg in about 22mpg wth basically no offensive moves, which is very similar to (but actually slightly better than) what Fowles did as a rookie. She might get there.

I'd add Breanna Stewart to the list of possibles. And if you want a perimeter option, DeShields has all the tools (albeit we're at least a couple of years of development away at the moment).

Stewart and Griner are possibilities.

Especially if you look at how she started to score in the later part of the season.

I'm going to throw Nneka Ogwumike's name in the hat with the names you all stated.
