I think Fowles and Sims are going to be too much for Seattle.

Never! Howard, the G.O.A.T., won't lose to the Lynx.

I think that's the key here. I don't see Seattle winning unless Howard has a huge game. If Collier and Dantas can contain her, I think SpaceJunkie is right and Fowles and Sims are going to be too much.

When does that ever happen... like just about every game?

Howard will get hers. Now if the Lynx can only stop another Seattle player from getting a career high. There’s something about the Lynx that opposing players just love getting their career highs against them. Canada for 30 pts? KML for 25 pts? Who’s it going to be tonight?

Honestly I doubt we even see KML. We didn't see her much in last year's playoffs, and despite the players the Storm's missing this year, KML's role did not increase whatsoever.

Maybe Reeve finds a way for Fowles to guard Howard only in the post and Dantas to guard her away from the basket. If they can limit Howard even just to her normal numbers, I too don't see the Storm winning Neutral

sorry, you lynx fans. the way how fowles had been stealing money from fans and ownership the last few games of the season. i'm afraid the outcome will be the same; colliers played great, but fowles didn't show up. the lynx lost.

*i didn't say the storm win, it's the lynx that flat out loses the game on fowles.

With the Sky winning, the winner of this game plays Los Angeles.

I'm ready for that boxscore any time you are, WNBA.com

Loyd hitting shots is probably not something the Lynx would have contemplated in their scouting report

Awful start for the Lynx with the unforced turnovers.

Mercedes Russell outplaying Fowles, as usual when these two teams match up.

The Seattle defense is absolutely swarming. The Minnesota defense...is not.

Sims has always been over rated defensively because she is quick and gets steals. I voted for her as most improved, but if you really watch her- she does have defensive liabilities that do not always show up. I have mentioned before that she will often lose her player on switches or in bound srums. Her problem has never been effort, because she always hustles, rather its a peripheral vision problem. One can always learn to adjust, but she will never be an elite defeneder because of that.

It’s crazy, because Sims was doing this exact thing in the first quarter while “guarding” Loyd.

Seattle is one of the other places we haven't played well at in while, which is why I wanted to avoid playing them there. So far, how I imagined this going. Confused

Well this game could be over soon if Lynx don’t step it up.

Gotta love her Laughing

Sami & KML hitting their first perimeter shots. Could be a long night for the Lynx.
