Tereza Vitulova, 6-1 C, is transfering from Wyoming to South Florida. She averaged 14 points and 5 rebounds as a sophomore.

Are the rumors true that Dara Mabrey will follow her sisters' footsteps to Notre Dame? With the recent commits and the backcourt kids they have coming in for this upcoming year, I can't see how she'd crack meaningful playing time now.

The NCAA Division 1 Board of Directors does not recommend changes to the transfer process.

Carrington, my advice to you is to go to a place that is warm during the winter months.
Baylor. Very Happy

Hope she chooses Oregon! But she'll be a great addition to any of those three for next year.

I think she will choose Oregon as well , but Mulkey seems to be a pro at convincing grad transfers to come south and win a championship .

Carrington will help any of those schools in different ways. Imagine Baylor will really want an experienced perimeter player to replace Juicy. Hopefully she stays healthy.

Destiny Pitts chooses Texas A&M. I guess she’ll be a grad transfer.

Miki'ala Maio, a 5'9 Jr G from Nanakuli, Hawaii, has departed Nevada for Northern Arizona, which brings up a serious question....is there ANYONE left at Nevada? She joins her former teammate, JJ Nakai, who transferred to Northern Arizona last month. https://nauathletics.com/news/2020/5/3/womens-basketball-rounds-out-roster-with-signing-of-miki-ala-maio.aspx

According to the ESPN story it expects she will have to sit out this season.

Maybe I misinterpreted this quote on her.
Quote:
“Academically she is a great student, and will be an asset to our program when she graduates. She is also a next level player. I am sure when she is done at A&M that we will see her playing at the next level because of her scoring ability from the outside.”

There was speculation earlier that transfers would go up because the pandemic would make players decide to move back closer to home. I'm not detecting a trend in players moving closer to families, is anyone else? It seems to be business as usual with transfers, even before schools decide whether they will reopen campuses or continue with online classes.

Well, this is interesting. Emily Maupin, 6'3 RS So C, who transferred from Elon to Liberty but never played there because she was sitting out per NCAA rules, is now grad-transferring to UVA. She has 2 years left.

Mullet must have one hell of a pitch line to get these impactful transfers year after year.

Andrews
Carrington
Richards
Smith
Gusters/Egbo

That’s a damn good team!
