Broke foot Parker will be out for awhile. There is a crack in the Aces armor.

I think that for the Aces, if any starter has to be out, you’d rather it would be Parker.

Parker's injury means we can expect to see a lot more smallball out of the Aces the rest of the way, with Clark going back to her college roots as an undersized power forward.

Chicago with a lineup right now that has Kaleah Copper as the 2nd tallest player. Aces with Stokes and Wilson in.

Hammon says Copper is the last player the Aces want shooting open threes.

Morgan Bertsch entering the game for the first time in the 4th quarter?? Averaging17.4 minutes per game. And is out of this game quickly.

Edit: The announcer was wrong in saying Bertsch entered the game for the first time in the 4th quarter. Bertsch has played 8 minutes. 0 for 2 from three, 3 fouls. +/- of -12.

This game is sold out which the announcer attributes to the return of Candace Parker.

Being tired is an understatement when she is the only viable scoring threat on the team. She is carrying the whole team on her back. Too bad Mabrey can't help her with scoring more points.

It was ridiculous how unbalanced our scoring was last night! Not sure why the disparity was so big. I felt bad for Kahleah - she's really taken team leadership to heart. The effort brought back memories of EDD days (argh) - she'd score almost all the points and we'd lose.

Lots of Aces fans were there! When I saw Bell playing early, I wondered if we might get a Colson sighting! Laughing

They distributed Sky playing cards - nice.

I expected the score to be worse - at least we didn't lose by 15+ (but barely...)

At least CWill got a double double - assists and points!

If the place was sold out, there were still a lot of empty seats.

Sometimes I swear the announcers just make up stuff to fill the airtime - will have to see what other crazy stuff they said!

There was a unicyclist during halftime - took me back to the Ed Sullivan Show days! Laughing But she was awesome!
