Beavs tie it up but they mostly look like they are sleep walking.

Green with Mary Murphy are totally impossible to listen to. They talk about just about anything and everything except the game in front of them. Rolling Eyes

Pivec and Washington are pretty much the only ones keeping OrSU in this.

Yeah, it seems like the rest of the team has disappeared. This is not the team that beat UCLA and Oregon.

I am super impressed by Gonzaga. That program has stayed consistently strong with Lisa Fortier. And short-handed to boot.

And the reward for winning is getting to play Louisville. Is it any wonder?

Bluetop Rice pretty impressive in the loss. Great effort by a short-handed Gonzaga.

Well-played game by 2 teams that both kept their composure and played tough.

That "Marge Simpson" look makes Miss Rice stand out even more than her skills alone would have....awesome kid. Also good to see Slocum come alive in the second half.

I noticed Grymace was on the bench for the last portion of the game....was she hurt? I didn't hear....but I thought maybe she was a bit of a liability in some cases.

Anyway....onward and upward. A bit *odd* that the beavs must go all the way to Albany now, while Oregon and AZ-State continue on in Corvallis. But....it'll be good to see 2 Pac 12 teams out east. Cool

Yeah, I thought I heard that Corvallis is the actual site for the Portland Regional Games....no?

Portland regional games will be played in Portland, at the Moda Center (Trailblazers home court).

OrSU is listed as the host for the regional but it's in Portland. I'm not sure what hosting duties consist of, but that also seems a bit strange.

Grymek can't make a FT so she can't be there in the end or the opponent plays hack a gremk

I think Stanford hosted a regional in San Jose a couple years ago and Washington State has hosted regionals in Spokane. Not that unusual.

Lots of Beaver fans in PDX. It’s no coincidence that all the Portland fire hydrants are painted orange and black.

agree. lots of Beav fans in portland, but hosting an event featuring UO is what is odd.

Maddie Washington was playing well this game and was a much better choice against the Zags. Scott does not mess around in respect of sitting players if a better options are available. He will sit anyone on the team.
