This weekend was a re-run, but the "It's a Wonderful Life" re-write with Trump must have gotten to him as he tweeted a question:

His approval rating is more like 41.4%. Since WWII, Truman, Ford, Carter, Reagan and Clinton have all had an approval rating that was lower than Trump at some similar time period in their presidency even though Trump is below all of them, in general, for the entire period. The un-elected Gerald Ford is the closest to Trump in approval rating.
