Jim Delaney is stepping down.

I wonder if Diane Dietz will be next in line if interested. She's been with the conference for 9 years, first hired as Chief Communications Officer and has been one of the Deputy Commissioners for the last 4.

She played at Michigan and was the career points leader until Flaherty broke her record last season. Besides her scoring ability, she was a three-time Academic All-American and one of the first female Big Ten Medal of Honor winners. Dietz was inducted into the Academic All-America Hall of Fame in 2009.
