Ferrell Center, Waco

This one will reveal the extent of the chasm that exists between the #1 and #3 teams in the Big 12....definitely NOT a year of depth there. As capable as Bill Fennelly is of 'suprises', I don't see it happening in Waco.

You could easily change that chasm to read "between the #1 and #2 teams in the Big 12" and be just as true.

Possibly -- especially since the 2/3 battle was a 2 point game. It still remains to be seen how UT will match up with BU though. They have enough height to be a bit more of a problem. I think Iowa St. is going to find defensing the bigs a tough go.

Carleton looks good. But Cox hits a three at the end of the half to give Baylor a bit more room: 35-41

Baylor overwhelmed them in the third quarter. Just missed going up 21 as the quarter ended
