OK, here are the "rules"(there are no rules) Pick a draft prospect, or 2...or 3, and give us your "floor/ceiling for each one. Elaborate as little or as much as you want.

Example: Teaira McCowan

floor: Kara Braxton
ceiling: Sylvia Fowles

Seriously, Langhorne as a floor? Lang was a genuine All-WNBA-level player at her peak. If that's her worst-case scenario then she should absolutely be going in the lottery.

I was thinking

Floor G. Johnson

Ceiling Brunson

high ceiling (if she develops a midrange and eventual long range shot) Charles

Collier

"Floor" -- comps with Camille Little but only if adding +50% productivity

comps with NnekaO's junior year , Candice Dupree , Natasha Howard's senior year

Ceiling -- probably 2nd option on a championship winning squad

Howard was already a superstar by 2017 except she never got minutes because she wasn't an old enough vet, so that doesn't work. Razz
Maybe Collier will get minutes on the Lynx only because she went to UConn and the only young players allowed to get minutes on the Lynx are players from UConn. Smile

It's hard to have that high of PPG when you aren't given any minutes to amass any points. Smile

I can certainly see the KML comparison. Hayes though - Question Hayes gets to the line more for one thing.

The only similarity between any of them is that they all went to Uconn.
Hayes is a guard and both the others are wings. The only actual comparison that would be applicable would be if the criteria was playing time.

I would not compare KLS to KML . KML is a one trick pony 3pt shooting wing who is a defensive liability. KLS has other skills besides hitting 3's. She is 4" taller with more skills. Man at least compare her to a more skilled player. KML is hanging on by a thread to a roster spot. Thats a pretty low floor.
