Well.

I finally got to see my Sooners play. Their record thus far didn't promise much excitement today. Going into today's game, they were 2-4 as they visited Auburn (4-1).

But--Lo and behold!--Oklahoma goes up 24-17 in Q1. Then Auburn decided to play ball. If you could erase the second quarter, OK would have won by 5. Since that's not allowed, OK went down by the score of 79-95. Auburn players broke their own school record by hitting 13 3s.

It was good to see OK finally play once (my first time this season), and I have to say, I was fairly impressed with how well they did considering they started 4 freshmen and a sophomore. They've got no real size but her collection of NotVeryAthletic guards played well, for youngsters. Robertson may be one to break the Big 12 records for 3s, at the rate she's going (7-18 tonight). They've got nowhere to go but up.
