Not basketball, but a couple of the volleyball Elite 8 games on ESPNU on Saturday rated well enough for us to get numbers. Texas-BYU averaged 285,000 viewers and then Penn State-Stanford averaged 275,000 viewers.

More volleyball:

BYU-Stanford averaged 595,000 viewers.

Here is more information for various demographic groups (rating is percentage of that group watching the game on average):
18-49: .19
F18-49: .12
M18-49: .26
18-34: .16
F12-34: .08
M12-34: .22
25-54: .20
50+: .25

Nebraska-Illinois averaged 619,000 viewers

Here is more information for various demographic groups (rating is percentage of that group watching the game on average):
18-49: .18
F18-49: .17
M18-49: .20
18-34: .12
F12-34: .12
M12-34: .15
25-54: .21
50+: .27

The studio show between them averaged 340,000 viewers. It is interesting to see the female audience joining in for the second and the decrease in male viewership due to the heavy male skew of the lead-in, which was higher rated.

I believe the male drop was due more to the football game on Fox and NFL. The Stanford game was played without NFL competition, except for the last 15 minutes.

Still not basketball, but the volleyball final averaged 938,000 viewers. It was pretty impressive in the 12-34 demographic.

Here is more information for various demographic groups (rating is percentage of that group watching the game on average):
18-49: .27
F18-49: .23
M18-49: .32
18-34: .15
F12-34: .18
M12-34: .19
25-54: .31
50+: .41

Also in women's sports ratings news (of interest to the NWSL probably), a Mexican's Women's Soccer League game on Univision Deportes on Saturday averaged 178,000 viewers.

That's actually a good number for fs1 which doesn't quite have same reach as espn and being the old NASCAR themed speed channel (picking up most of TNNs old car programming) is normally further up the dual and harder to find

Do you have the quarter hour splits wanna see if people spiked at the upset alert or was it consistent

I have not seen splits, but that is a pretty good number for FS1. The break between the men's game and this game averaged 174,000 viewers. Interestingly it was higher in the 18-49 demographic while the men's game was too low rated in that group to make the ratings list.

South Florida-UConn averaged 289,000 viewers.

Nothing else made the Top 150 for those days.

That beat UCONN / ND highest viewed game of the year! Although i think the UCONN vs ND game was better for TV with the high level of play. LV / UCONN was no slouch neither. Great for women's basketball .

South Florida-UCF averaged 149,000 viewers then Tennessee-Vanderbilt averaged 139,000 viewers.

The event that got the prime spot on ESPN was Nebraska-Michigan gymnastics, which averaged 428,000 viewers. There was a demographic breakdown available for that, which gives us more information even though it seems useless because of the large lead-in (rating is percentage of that group watching the meet on average):
18-49: .15
F18-49: .09
M18-49: .21
18-34: .10
F12-34: .07
M12-34: .10
25-54: .17
50+: .17

Florida State-Notre Dame averaged 392,000 viewers, Tennessee-Mississippi State averaged 364,000 viewers, and South Carolina-UConn averaged 381,000 viewers.

College gymnastics between the two Stanford-Oregon games averaged 217,000 viewers.

Oregon-Oregon State averaged 303,000 viewers.

None of Sunday's games hit the top 150 among the 18-49 demographic, but Tennessee-Florida softball did so we have numbers for that at 291,000 viewers on average.

South Carolina-Mississippi State averaged 310,000 viewers. So many viewers were outside the 18-49 demographic that it did not make the day's Top 150, but had enough viewers to be displayed elsewhere. UConn-South Florida averaged 308,000 viewers.

Gymnastics on Friday averaged 199,000 viewers while UCLA-Oklahoma on Sunday on ESPN averaged 451,000 viewers.

Championship Sunday:
ACC: 285,000
SEC: 424,000
B1G: 386,000
Pac 12: 418,000

South Florida-UConn averaged 319,000 viewers.

Tape delayed national championship indoor track and field on ESPN at the same time as the Pac 12 game averaged 477,000 viewers.
