Hof and the No. 20 Hurricanes played just one game this week, but it was a massive one. They upset No. 2 Louisville 79-73 on Sunday, the first time Miami has ever defeated a team ranked in the top two in the country.
Pair that with Miami's victory on Feb. 7 against then-No. 4 Notre Dame, and the Hurricanes have two of the most impressive wins of any team this season. Hof was a key part of both of them, and her effort Sunday -- 25 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three steals -- earned her the honor of being our espnW national player of the week. |

Anigwe really stood out with that 30/30 performance.
And it was a tough week -- Louisville's Asia Durr had 47 points against NC State, while Syracuse's Tiana Mangakahia averaged 35.5 points, 8.0 assists, and 6.0 rebounds in two wins.

Jackie Young's 22 pts, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, 1 turnover in only 29 minutes was no slouch either.
