Oregon State is the most intriguing team for me because it has so many variables, especially with the addition of Slocum. I think they will have to play more small-ball than every before with all those talented guards, but it one of the freshman trees makes an impact I could see them as a Top 10 team.

agree. they're really interesting and I love how the cute lil gnome has made them into a powerhouse with some pretty disparate pieces. They're great underdogs to root for. Go Beavs (except against certain teams)
Very Happy

SO ...I lost a bet with Rock about how many wins Chicago would get this year. My punishment - T. Young as my avatar. Well it could be worse!

And I see you picked a particularly fetching shot of the young heroine. Myrtlicious....learn to eat your crow with a SMILE. Cool

no,no. Rock picked the picture. I'm smiling because at least she has improved pretty much every year so isn't the embarrassment she was in Chicago. Razz

And really I only missed by one. How could anyone at the beginning of the season possibly imagine Chicago would beat Minny, not once, but twice? Or how about Phoenix twice? Dallas and Atlanta once? ok, maybe one of those games...or even two at a stretch, but all six of those? no.

Maybe the just figure Arike used up all her Press Charm Points by getting onto "Dancing...." Rolling Eyes Laughing

I still find it amusing that TN is expected to lead the SEC. Shocked

I think the problem with Brown and McCowan is that it will be probably 1 of them but no-one really knows which will improve as needed and maybe neither will. ND has 4 players who could be better than Ogunnerbowale.

Shows how weak the conference is expected to be.
