I don't know about that. Dream would be underestimating the Mystics if they think that. I hope they don't fall into that trap. The remaining players could rise to the occasion for one game. If she is out for the series then yeah Dream are no longer the underdogs. .

| The early injury report lists Delle Donne as doubtful for the game, but a lot can happen by Friday.

I hope she dresses to play but comes off the bench if the rest of the team can't handle the Dream.
I'm hoping they pull themselves together and go back to team play. They play their best when the ball is rotated.
I thought Toliver should have passed at the end of the game because she was be defended too tightly. Powers was wide open next to her. Not saying Powers could have made the shot.....

Honestly that shot Toliver took in the end was better than anything anyone else could have got.

I got there an hour and 25 mins before tip off before, there were already about a hundred people there. So if you want a good seat... go as early as possible but the doors won't open till like 45 mins before game time

Today's Delaware newspaper was indicating she was going to give it a try. Her knee was not swelling much which was a good sign. She is going to get a last look by the doctor before the game.

Today's Delaware newspaper was indicating she was going to give it a try. Her knee was not swelling much which was a good sign. She is going to get a last look by the doctor before the game. |
Presumably they did an MRI and there's no ligament damage. What scares me is that I've dealt with players who were told they had a bone bruise -- even after an MRI -- but really had a torn/compromised ACL. They would try to play because they thought they were basically OK, then the ACL would give out and they'd tear their MCL too.
Very scary ...

One of the reasons why I think EDD should rest on Friday, if she can. She needs time to heal for Sunday's game.

I just went into the WNBA app and clicked to watch the game. It said I am blocked because of my location (I'm in Baltimore right now), but I have gotten the same message when it was blocked because it is aired on ESPN. It says it will air on ESPNNews.

On my app it’s showing as blacked out. Earlier somebody talked about League Pass for playoffs, but I’m not seeing any option to buy such a thing.
On the website, it says we have “on-demand access” to all the playoff games, which is a fancy way of saying you can watch an archive of a game after it’s already been played.
