Atlanta teams usually try to find the most heart breaking path to defeat. Whether its the Falcons blowing a 25 point lead in the Super Bowl, the 60 win season Hawks getting swept 4-0 in the ECF, the Braves blowing a big lead in the World Series (97? it's a supressed memory) or the Dream being swept in 9 finals games - they find the way to inflict the great amount of pain on their fans. So I predict PAIN.

But I'll go along for the ride on this roller coaster to hell.

I'm really afraid of the single elimination game for the mystics the sparks/lynx are still a better team than us on somedays but if we win that, I don't see us dropping a 5 game series so my prediction is:

The interesting and exciting thing about this year's playoffs is that homerism aside, a scenario exists where each team (maybe excepting Dallas) has a plausible chance of winning the title. Seattle is the favorite but they don't seem invincible like LA and MN were in the past few years. Among the other teams - Atlanta, DC, and the Sun all seem like they could make it to the finals, and it is really hard to simply count LA, Phoenix out completely. Even the teams I consider the dark horses have a lot of talent on thier rosters and MN of course is the still the champ until someone beats them.
