She’d have like..8 more WNBA championships if the playoffs were single elimination. Laughing

Cambage won the battle over Griner in the regular season. Let's see how they match-up in heated playoff game.

Well, that is the standard generalization before one looks at the actual numbers.

And team record. Laughing

She won the first round. (Brit was in foul trouble).

It’s Fowles that usually eats Brit’s lunch, but Brit was competitive there this year too. (Maybe cause Fowles didn’t have “murderers row” to back her up)

I think against Dallas, we’re gonna need Our Big three to show up. To go any farther, we’ll need January (who has returned to early season form) and a few members of the rest of the team. (And Talbot is pretty consistent. Although she thought she was Penny last night. Which is fine. She can pretend to be Penny for the playoffs. Razz So we’ll need a few bench players, and we’ll need Sandy to play the right bench players. #shedidlastnight)

Mercury gonna take this one by at least 15 points. My poor Wings imploded after All-Star break and their showing against Seattle last night was a preview of whats to come.

Hopefully i'm wrong because I don't want to see a blowout during the playoffs.

I have my mind prepared for it , although im thinking this game will be closer than most expect. Diggins needs to really come to play , Last years playoff game against washington was just ___________ Rolling Eyes

These two teams clearly demonstrate that you don't have to have a Mega-Big Center to win...

Mercury and Shock/Wings have met twice in the playoffs. Phoenix won both series.

So does keeping Liz in the W rely on this game - that would be a good poll Laughing

I fully believe Cambage is done with the WNBA after this season. She hates the physical play and low pay (compared to Europe). She also wants more time off.
This will be a big loss for the league in more ways than one.

Also, if Angel plays in the WNBA next season, look for that to be her last in the league.

Cambage complains about the physical play everywhere she plays it seems. I have to wonder if Angel is out for the season next year. She has both an ACL and MCL tear. ACL usually takes about a year after surgery. At the end of next season she will be 33.

If Cambage says goodbye to the WNBA next year I will reduce my bucket list by one. I got the chance to watch Bigfoot play in the WNBA at prime of her career. Thanks Bigfoot! Cool

Praying and hoping the refs dont decide this game tonight. Let BG and Liz play tonight , none of that touchy sh*t. I doubt it goes that way but that would make for the most compelling game. Hate to see a team lose due to foul trouble from a lot of bogus calls.

Agree completely.

Leave BG, DT, Liz and Skylar alone. I’m hoping no one gets a reason to earn a T. (With those four, it’s going to be impressive if there isn’t one.)

I on the other hand, hope they all foul out in the 4th overtime.
