Let's see which team wants it more or wants to be in the lottery more.

Is it still possible for LV to get the #8 seed and be in the '19 lottery, based on their 2 year record? |

No. The lottery is still just for the non-playoff teams.

I think teams are learning how to play and frustrate Cambage. Cambage loves to dribble the ball, even in the low block. Do a very quick double on Cambage every time she gets it down there. You can steal the ball pretty easily if she puts it on the floor, plus she gets frustrated from the double and has difficulty finding the open player.
The Aces haven’t beaten the Wings yet this year, but I think they have the personnel to defend Cambage, with Swords stepping up lately and Young being one of those who can do the quick double. Pack the paint and hope the Wings can’t shoot the three.

I disagree with that , she's found the open player every time they have made themselves available . Thats the issue , players tend to stand and watch and not move so she has no other options in the double . When players like Gray or Thornton decide to move and cut Liz has found them consistently . Its just not that often that they move .

Dallas changed coaches and then lost by 20 to the Sun. That seems like a red flag. As in they were happy with Fred and him going caused a let down, not a boost. Hopefully Greg Bibb doesn't come in the locker room pregame for a pep talk.
Since Fred Williams didn't appear to be high on Romero, I would have cut her for Colson.

I hope both teams are playing to win.
This year both the Wings and Aces are pretty high on my (not the Liberty) teams I root for list. I really enjoy watching Cambage and Diggins-Smith and I have become a big fan of Wilson and McBride and have also enjoyed K. Plum's return to relevance.
So, may the best team win!

Liz's situation is odd because she did sign a multi-year contract. So if she never plays again, does she get penalized somehow?

She wasnt penalized the first time , cant penalized a player who doesn't show up .

Kaela Davis still out. Latest diagnosis is vertigo. Diana Taurasi should have thought of that back in 2012.

Hmmm... must have been something in that 2017 Columbia water.

Are you putting Davis at Taurasi’s level? I thought you had no respect for her game?
Spooner, kick up some Davis to ATL trade ideas.

Vertigo would have been a better excuse for her sitting out after the Olympics than the toothache she wound up using.

Yeah, no sign of it yet. There's energy, but it's not achieving much.
A'ja is having her way with us.

Davis, a Georgia Tech recruit and the No. 2 prospect in the espnW HoopGurlz Top 100 for 2013, has left the Buford (Ga.) team for the rest of the season to get treated for Meniere's disease, an inner-ear disorder characterized by hearing loss and vertigo.

"What's working right now that you need to see in the 2nd half?"
Azura: "I think we're just playing good defence"
Umm, you just gave up 57 points in a half at 60%!!
Liz + Skylar = 40 points and you're still down.
