I disagree. I think the league should look at this and Parker should not be playing tomorrow. She was throwing punches, albeit really poor ones, but punches none the less. No excuse for that at all and the league should send a message that it is not tolerated. And, I think, if the officials last night had time to really look at this, they should have ejected Parker.
I did not think Parker started the incident, however. The contact she had with EDD was minimal and EDD's reaction and fall was all drama. And Hawkins was coming in to aid her teammate which is understandable. Parker was just walking away and Hawkins came up to her but was looking at EDD. Once they got together and started to confront each other is when Parker started throwing punches. It is not clear what was being said but most likely the conversation was as much as an instigator as the initial physical contact. But you can clearly see the punches from Parker on Hawkins back side and then more punches on the front to the midsection. |
You really like to go above and beyond with your punishments  Parker Didnt throw any punches calm down.
