Wilson leads all rookies in points per game, total rebounds per game, field goals made per game, free throws made per game, offensive rebounds per game, defensive rebounds per game, and blocks per game.
She is also second among rookies in assists per game.
I am curious, though, as to board posters who voted for other players. Was this done based on being a fan of another player or another team? Or was it based on true belief that said other player deserves to be the Rookie of the Year?

-- Wilson leads the entire WNBA in free throw attempts per game (8.1) and made free throws per game (6.2). Even bumping up her percentage from the line to 82-83 percent will make her that much more formidable.
-- She is top five in the WNBA in points and rebounds per game. By my count, the last rookie to do that was Candace Parker (2008). |

2006
5 players averaged at least 10 ppg (with four at 12.0 ppg or more), but no one else over 7.5 ppg; but two players averaged at least 19 ppg
2008
3 players averaged at least 10.5 ppg, 7 players averaged at least 8.0 ppg
