Co-coach of the year? I had both Atlanta & Seattle as lottery teams in my preseason predictions.

Or maybe that just means you're terrible at predicting. 🙊 I'm terrible too—I thought the Vikings were going to win the Super Bowl a few times in my lifetime Smile

Seattle was a bigger surprise to me. I knew that Atlanta would make the playoffs with the return of Angel. What I didn't forsee was Atlanta having the second best record in the league right now. Shocked

It's what I was afraid would happen, but I'm mad, because I put no money on it. By law, Minnesota GMs are supposed to do more to help other teams win championships than their own teams, so Reeve, with her Eagles winning the Super Bowl thanks to the Vikings must've been especially inspired to turn the Seattle Storm in WNBA Champions/a WNBA dynasty by trading them one of the best players in the WNBA in Howard (except she isn't 28 years old or older, so Reeve probably didn't think she's that good) for a stick of pre-chewed gum. Plus Renee Montgomery going to Atlanta proved she'd rather play for a WNBA team with a great head coach capable of winning WNBA titles instead of the Lynx. So that's the most Minnesota outcome, besides the Sparks winning another title.
