While I voted for Sykes, really doesn't seem like she is having that good of a year. Parker is the other leading candidate but she might be a better one for MIP.

Glory Johnson is the obvious starter from here on out.
You cheated Stevens, who most likely should win out of this motley list you produced.
6th Man should be getting most minutes off the bench.

Her season so far isn't much different from last season.

Plus Johnson has started more games than she has games coming off the bench, so that should've made her ineligible as of this poll anyways?

13.9 v 9.9 points, 3pt and ft% down, rebounds and assists down. Minutes down probably counts for some of that, plus she missed games for injury.

Sykes' per-36 numbers compare very favorably. Her PPG are down, but so are her shot attempts. Rebound rate is up, assist rate is up. Her usage has gone down, and her efficiency has gone up; that's exactly what you want out of a roleplayer.

This award basically goes to the top scorer - nothing else really matters historically. Currently, none of these players (no Stevens) is scoring in double figures, but Sykes and Parker are both close. Given that, it seems unlikely that anyone else would win.

My error in listing the wrong Wings player in this poll.

Not yet, as she's started 14 games and came off the bench in 13, and I believe you need to have come the bench more games than started.

Every time (well, almost every time) I see Tuck play, she looks more like a liability to me. She's definitely a liability on defense.

J. Jones is now eligible. She's started 14 games out of 32.
