She’s having a good game, and she should get more minutes than Little, but no...
Edit: oh well. Would have been nice to get the win there. And Phoenix needs to really get it together..but clearly nothing was really going to be “gotten together” in a game like that.

The worse game officiated and it's inexcusable.
Pho is just falling apart by the seams. We literally are 2-5 in July with 2 games left.

| PF and the bench...I pointed out the bench way before Sancho went down...Sancho being out has now exposed the lack of depth and C.Little.......Phoenix needs to make a traded or sign 1 or 2 players for the rest of the season.

After all these years she still doesn’t get it and manages to get tossed at critical moments. People defend her stupid behavior. All she had to do was just walk away!!

For some reason, they have trouble closing games. They’ve had close games throughout July.
There really isn’t anything to take from this game. It takes teams a while to get over losing a starter. If we played the right players, it would be an easier transition, but we’ll get there.

I am wondering about this as well. I wasn't able to watch the game, and reading through this thread doesn't she'd any light on the reason for Whalen only playing 8 minutes. Was it purely about ineffectiveness?

well she would have continued to walk away had her feet not slipped causing her to fall  this is one of those times where you watch a video, clearly see what happened, and then understand what you saw |

| Whalen is coming off an injury, so it’s likely a matter of putting her in and seeing how she does. Could have been a minute restriction on her. There’s no shame in sticking with Robinson if she’s being effective in a game. Whalen knows what it takes to win championships, and big egos aren’t a part of the equation.
