I feel sorry for the liberty. the sparks are to good a team to play poorly two games in a row. Not only do they have way to much talent for the Liberty but they will be playing pissed off as well

That's two freaking losses now where the Sparks never showed up. I will give them the loss to the Sun. The roster was understaffed, and the players were tired from being so active to make up for the three missing post players.

However, the losses to the Storm and the Wings were games where the team itself simply didn't show up ready to roar. You can't be the Queen of the Jungle and not be ready to kick ass every night.

Time to make a statement game. Nothing personal against the Liberty, but somebody has to get stomped. We have a tough stretch of games now, and there is no reason to start losing so damn early. Time to bounce back with a mighty roar that will cause the Jungle floor itself to reverberate!!!

Always thought Sims should be the back-up PG/SG for the team.

The way how Essence has started the season, she arguably deserves to start with her surgically enhanced offensive game combined with her defensive prowess. Odyssey will still see a lot of time because Brian is using his bench much more than he ever has as a Sparks coach.

ZAHUI B!!! Liberty bench getting the job done. 16 of our 23 points are from the bench.

And just like that, Zahui B goes to the bench and Smith goes to the small line-up. There goes our momentum.

Again with Coleman at the 4 now that we have finally cut into the lead? We should be down 10 in no time.

Didn't take long. Sparks rolling. Zahui B or Stokes needs to come back in.

Unbelievable. Coleman can't hit a shot, can't defend and Nurse has only played about 6 minutes.

The Liberty have most definitely dropped a tier when it comes to title contender's heck maybe 2 tiers from an eye test.

Funny how much less they look like a title contender when Coleman plays the 4 spot.

She's a professional coach. It's not rocket science.

Double double watches for Nneka (6 REBs, 8 points) and Candace (8 points, 5 ASTs).
