Johnson is apparently returning for this game. Good news. And Cambage should have a field day verses Achonwa/Alexander.

The Wings outclass Indiana at every position, especially with both Johnson and Powers supposedly making appearances this game. I'm going with my Wings.

+10000 id rather Indiana keep it close rather then getting blown out early . We dont know how to finish teams off we'd rather make it interesting.

I was initially going to say "Dallas by 25" Laughing Laughing ....But I'm trying to give Dallas/Coach Williams some room for error.

In that case Dallas by 5 would be much safer Laughing

Would be an odd choice unless Christmas-Kelly's hurt. It's Gray who's done next-to-nothing all season.

Will be interesting to see if they try to use Davis as a de facto point guard with Diggins off the ball. They've repeatedly tried to make Davis a ballhandler this season, and it hasn't worked all that well.

Vivians and Tiffany Mitchell are talking on the Fever instagram and Vivians refers to herself as a 3/4. She is listed as a 6'1" guard on the roster, but that is probably at least an inch too high.

Kelsey Mitchell didn't catch Plum in college scoring, but she will pass her in the pros.

Vivians has played some 4 tonight in Dupree's absence. Pretty much the first time all season, though.

Stevens is NOT a center. Dallas really is less effective when Cambage rests, both offensively and defensively.

My prediction-Skylar Diggins-Smith will win as many WNBA titles as she did NCAA championships if Fred Williams allows her to be a gunner.

There are scoring PG’s and then there is Diggins. How on earth does 6’8” Liz Cambage only have 10 attempts against one of the worst frontcourts in WNBA history and SDS has taken 19 shots? And Diggins has taken more FT’s than her as well.

People that want her to be the Olympic PG need their head examined.

I disagree. Who knows what Fred is telling her to do. Is she uncoachable? I haven't heard that at all.

Fred's just telling her to go play her game. That's what he does.

same could be said for EDD. the championships comparison is inconsequential. ncaas and wnba titles aren't required for the olympic team.

Diggins calls her own number yes, but she is one of the best scorers on the team...probably could slide to the 2-guard if they had a capable PG that could play that spot. Those feeds to Liz get picked off a lot especially since defenses are cheating. Fred to has run better action to get Liz more touches, and free her from double teams.

Foul? Kelsey Mitchell was backing up as fast as she could as Diggins drove at her.

Glory Johnson with the missed foul shot rebound and putback. Could be the ballgame.

Fever need a center. Their guards are good and it's what they need to build upon. Keep the youth: T. Kitchell, K. Mitchell, Mavunga, Vivians, McCall. Achonwa and Alexander are adequate backups only.

Diggins saved this game, but Fred can't play her nearly 40 mpg. She'll have no legs by playoff time. Is Romero still not able to play? Makes dumping Chong more questionable.

well, it is true that all these youngsters ARE getting experience. It was fun watching Mavunga and McCall really going after the boards...and of course K. Mitchell has lots of potential. Who knows, maybe it will all help after they get Kalani Brown next year...and Shenise Johnson back. Will they still have Dupree? Possibly. Does it matter? Possibly.

They keep signing foreigners. I presume that makes it more complicated in terms of being legally allowed to play for money.

My prediction - it will be a long time before we see a player carry a lesser talented team over the stocked-with-future-WNBA-players UConn squad as many times as Diggins-Smith did it.
