She would be the fastest to 2000 if she got there in her next 22 games.

^ She's trying! Wink

Morning pilight.

Not to jump the gun, but Kayla "Black Jack" McBride is 31 points away form 2,000 career points. Should she reach that figure in her next game (130), or two (131), where would that place her on your various fastest and youngest list?

Thanks.

130 would put her tied with Candice Dupree for 22nd fastest. 131 would be tied with Nikki McCray and Brittney Griner for 23rd.

She'll be 17th youngest if she gets there within the next 81 days.

Yeah but how many games did it actually take her?
Bird's rookie season was the last one with a thirty-two game schedule so, unless my math is incorrect, Bird has played in 500 of a possible 598 games. So, she's missed the equivalent of basically three whole-assed seasons.

EDIT - I take that back: I didn't realize that Bird has missed two games this season. So, that would suggest that she's only played in 500 of a possible 600.

Renee Montgomery, the 25th player in WNBA history to reach 1000 Assists. The Little General is 31 years, 232 days old. She is the 14th youngest to reach 1000 Assists. She took 320 games to reach 1000, the 17th fastest ever. She is the 2nd player from the class of 2009 to reach 1000 Assists.

She would be the youngest to 2000 Assists if she got there by 5 March 2020. She would be the fastest to 2000 if she got there in her next 15 games.

Swizzle Stick is actually closer to the best name. DB loves Twizzlers so Twizzle Stick may have been the best. But I like what pilight does with the nicknames. It makes reading this thread easier and more fun.

Williams is a little better overall, compare her rebounding numbers to theirs for example, but offensively it's not a bad match.
