I'll defer to the CBA experts here, but I'm pretty sure she can be since she's turning 19 in this calendar year. I could see Chicago taking her at #4, even if they have to wait a year...or two.

International players are eligible in the calendar year in which they turn 20, so next year for Magbegor. I haven't seen much of her first hand, but given the rep (and the history of Aussies actually turning up to play in the WNBA), she'll go relatively high.

Yup...Meesseman turned 20 a couple of weeks after she went 19th in the '13 draft.

Too soon to tell for me. Next WNBL season will hopefully show some expansion of her skills, because right now I don't see which aspect of her game is going to be elite to make her a very high pick - especially as an international. So far I've seen the game of a pure 5, nice mobility, but she's not exactly big.
