It'll be interesting to see Gulich match up with either Brown or Cox.

She'll definitely be on Brown. It'll be a determining factor in where she goes in the draft. They'll have Corosdale or Washington trying to guard Cox.

Baylor is certainly a bit of an unknown. You can make an argument that Oregon St is the best team they faced all season, and certainly the best with a top center. The Bears look like the better team on paper, but a hot shooting Beaver team could pull the upset.

Texas , UCLA , Stanford ...Yeah you have an argument there ! I still dont see Baylor losing this game unless they allow Oregon state to Pick & Roll them all game like 2 years ago . Hopefully Kim has learned a bit since then .

I know this is the S16 but has any team, you statistic buffs, lost in 4 consecutive Elite Eights like Baylor has?

Duke from 2010-2013 lost 4 consecutive Elite Eights.

Being outplayed early! I slightly detect that deer in headlight nervousness we have grown used to from the Bears!

Is Mary Murphy in Lexington dreamin' of an all Pac 12 regional?

The Baylor defender hit the shooter (who had a clear lane to the basket) on the head from behind and made no play on the ball. There asshole announcers see nothing. IMO it was a clear case of an intentional foul.

But the refs disagree.

This OSU team looks and plays weak

1.Weak handles.

2.Can't hold on to the rebound.

3.Getting stripped when they drive the basketball.

4.Falling to the floor on minimal contact.

OSU needs to hit the weight room and strengthen their ball handling skills during the offseason.

I think ORSt runs better stuff than Baylor, but they are making a lot of mistakes. Plus, they don't have anyone who can self-create an athletic or lightning play . . . except Gulich, sort of.

So do I.

Morris doesn't have stretcho arms. Her swipe was already in motion as she went virtually straight up while the shooter crossed diagonally under and away from her.

Good no call imo.

OrSU are missing a lot of open threes. THey look like they are rushing their shots. Interesting that Baylor has attempted zero threes. That ought to make defending them easier. Gulich can't do it all. . But I think she's shown why she'll get drafted. She can play 4 or 5 in the W. She needs some guard help. The fouls on Pivec are huge. Maybe not as much as the ones on Cox, but pretty big nonetheless.
