So originally I was seeing the Marquette-Dayton game at 2:30P Eastern. But now I'm seeing 2P Eastern some places. Does it start 30 minutes after the first game ends or at a set time? I need to know what time I have to be home from lunch with a friend Smile.

It is going to be about 30 minutes after the first game ends.

I'd say somewhere closer to 2:30 than 2:00.

My experience is that they pick a time, rounding to the half hour, prior to the earliest time the game could start. The prior game might end before 2, thoguht probably not much, but that means they cannot say 2:30, because it could be a few minutes earlier.

As noted, in practice, if you plan on 2:30, at most you'll miss a couple minutes. If you plan on 2, you probably wait 25 or more minutes.
