CMU is playing well. I really like the Chippewas’ chance in this game. Hudson hitting her threes early is a good sign.

BTW - LSU’s starting center did not make the trip due to a violation of team rules.

We can expect Nikki, like her Duke counterpart JPM, to make strategic adjustments at halftime that will ensure victory.

They've said a couple of times that somebody or some rating system says that Central Michigan is the double-digit seed with the best chance of making the sweet 16.

Starter fouls out for CMU with little more than 2 minutes left and them up by 7 with the ball. Injured player coming back in.

9 point lead for CMU with 1:14 left. And now they get the ball back with 56.3 left.

Poor Nikki. I still think she had a good thing going at UCLA and would've kept that program in the top 10 year after year keeping those SoCal kids home. Oh well.

So, would this be the biggest upset of the tourney so far, or is that Minnesota over Green Bay?

Wow, this CMU team just might be the real thing! Usually LSU scratches and claws for a couple of games and pulls an upset or two.

First NCAAT win for the MAC since Bowling Green made the Sweet Sixteen in 2007.

well that was fun! Go chips. I've watched them quite a bit this year and had been wondering if Moore might get a 3rd round pick or at least an invite. I don't think she can make it in the W, but perhaps an overseas career?

I noticed you didn't clarify victory for whom...

You guys ought to be able to recognize sarcasm by now.

Also, does this mean conventional wisdom is wrong re: that it takes 7 years to build a program?
