Maybe this song is well known but I think the first I heard it is from Walmart currently running a TV commercial right now featuring their own "George" brand of men's clothes and the guitar part sounded so cool I had to find it. Which turns out is easy thanks to the internet and searching for "Sugar how you get so fly". It is Robin Schultz's song "Sugar" featuring Francesco Yates:

The only time I have heard of Robin Shultz is from a cool remix he did of a originally quirky song called Prayer in C.
