(1) Marquette vs. (4) Creighton - 4P EST
(2) DePaul vs. (6) Georgetown - 6:30P EST
For both semi's, the teams split during the season.

| Not the start I was looking for - come on Marquette! They are not a good 3 point shooting team - if they keep putting up this many 3's, they are in trouble. Creighton is a much better outside shooting team than they are. Marquette needs to get Davenport going if they want a chance in this one.

| Anyone else watching this one? Sure would be nice if Marquette could just pull away but that probably won't happen. MU has a 46-38 lead with 6:30 to go in the 3rd quarter.

| Wow - nothing like giving up TWO 3 pointers in one possession - ugh!!! That was a really bad way for Marquette to respond to what had grown to a 12 point lead. MU leads 50-44 with 5 min to go in the 3rd quarter.

They look to be in control - feels like they can't miss and Marquette can't hit the broad side of a barn.

| I don't know why Creightonn wasn't playing a zone down the stretch. Marquette had players who could just pause, look at their defender, and then drive around them for a layup.

Woo hoo - Marquette hasn't looked very good so far in the BET but they get it done winning 76-70.
Allazia Blockton scores a career high 32 points including 5-5 from 3 point range, had 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals and no turnovers.
