Actually should be a good game. The turtles usually can get up for big games at home.

As much as Maryland has been a long hated rival for my Duke team, Kevin McGuff is such a bad coach, I can't cheer for Ohio State.

Just as Sylvia Hatchell currently has the coaching advantage vs Duke, Brenda Frese has the coaching advantage over Kevin McGuff. I don't know how he has a P5 coaching job.

Let's see...

-team full of superior penetrators that launches threes instead
-horrendously lazy transition defense
-impatient versus the zone
-takes their own PG out of the game on defense

Checks all the boxes for me.

And if those threes aren't falling, you KNOW they aren't going to be able to string stops together to make up for it.

How could they even consider every making a Final 4 without playing defense ? Like how can that even possibly be a minuscule thought in your brain as a coach ? McGuff is bad worse than Holly Bad Shocked

Correct. Alexa Hart too (even tho it seems like she barely plays anymore)

Calhoun and C. Mitchell are RS Jrs, so I guess if they wanted to be done, they could be.

It appears OSU COACH Scruff McGruff has taken Antonelli up on her desire to see OFFENSE OFFENSE OFFENSE by refusing to add defense to his coaching repertoire.

Scruff's defensive drills in practice must be him repeating the Antonelli line, "You were put on this earth to do one thing....SCORE!".

And this is why I’ve been watching LSU-TAMU. Low scoring game, but they play defense.
