UNC band makes up over 10% of the crowd. I've often thought that one of the reasons DD left UNC was that she didn't like paying in front of 500 fans.

Sylvia is 10 wins from 1000 and from the looks of her team she won't get there till after New Years.

500 would be generous today.

They've come back to take the lead. She'll probably only be 9 wins away in an hour or so.

Well...they did have a nice resurgence in the third quarter. Hampton now struggling to keep pace with the Heels.

Well, now Hampton is up by 3 with under two minutes to go.

Hampton has hit eleven 3s.

We've got a barnstormer! Hampton looking for their biggest win since they beat LSU and Mississippi State in 2012.

Saying UNC is offensively challenged would be an understatement.
They are not good.

They're also 0-1 after losing to Hampton 70-66.

Hatchell may not get her ten wins this year.

Well, Hampton looks like they're walking away with the win! The first major team to lose this year goes to North Carolina! Will Mizzou be the first ranked team to lose?

Mizzou follows the Tar Heels to 0-1 as they fall to Western Kentucky 79-76!

A rather inauspicious start for the ACC & SEC.

Let's include the Pac-12. North Dakota using a 13-5 second quarter to storm to a 25-23 lead over the Beavs.

Go Sioux! Pleasantly surprised how they’re playing against a ranked team on the road.

I'm not sure whether this is because Oregon State is terrible, or whether the Fighting Hawks are playing well. (Sioux, Fighting Hawks, whatever you want to call North Dakota).

Gulich has been...well....not shooting well thus far.

I would like to think that UND is playing well. After their exhibition game on wednesday, i hope coach Brewster laid into them. They played very sloppy in the first 3 quarters against UM crookston.

Oregon State survives, Iowa leads Quinnipiac 38-36 at the half, and Miami struggling with FIU but an identical score at the half.

Early difficulty for Cal as Kristen Anigwe draws 2 fouls in the first 5 minutes and trails St. Mary's 14-9

Despite major difficulties for Kristen Anigwe (0-1 FG, 2-6 FT, 3PF) Cal has taken a 47-36 lead at the half. Freshman Alaysha Styles has 9 points in 14 minutes. Penina Davidson and M'Cole Cayton lead the Bears with 10 points each.

Shocked Exclamation

Northern Colorado leads Depaul at the half, 43-37.

I lied. My gametracker played tricks on me. UNC led 43-37 before DePaul came roaring back to lead 44-43 at the half.
