This bill was introduced by former Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich. What it shows is this man knew perfectly well what our space-based weapons capabilities were back then. They are far more advanced today. Interesting read if one enjoys paying attention to details.

It was, of course, voted down. Small wonder the DNC wouldn't allow this rare, honest politician anywhere near a debate stage for the 2004 or 2008 elections. How could they? The man actually believes in the Constitution and, of course, is now entirely out of office.
