They're doing their annual countdown to #1. Now at #25. Started at 44.

Not sure who decides it/votes on it.

Where would any college basketball sports madness list be compiled but by the patients at the Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky.

I look at these teams and think...could they actually beat the teams ranked below them? And often the answer (at least IMO) is 'no'!

Is Drake without Lizzy Wendell and Caitlin Ingle a top 40 team? Tulane? LSU (really, 27?!?) Will Macy Miller's South Dakota State end up in the top 17? (The answer is likely NO!)

BYU has Cassie Broadhead and Utah transfer Malia Nawahine. They'll be a force to reckon with. What about Washington State with all of their injuries last season ending the season with a run to the WNIT Semifinals?

It's easy to forget that Florida Gulf Coast came within two points of beating Miami last year. wow-eee.

I figured I'd pump this thread up since they will be unveiling number one tomorrow. I don't know about all of you but I'm pulling for High Point.

yeah, I'm anxiously awaiting the unveiling of #1. Maybe UT Arlington is sneaking a few Wings players onto their roster. Wink
