| i think this game will come down to who wants it more. We've seen good & bad versions of these teams. Either way, it should be fun to watch.

Teams have earned the opportunity to rest and prep between games or series. We want to see them at their best.

| If Mystics and Phx both win then LA will have face the Mercury in the Semifinals and I would love to see Sparks knock Phx out off the playoffs get payback for what Phx did to LA in the 2013 2014 playoffs.

I have LA as a slight favorite over Minnesota to repeat as champions.But be careful what you wish for.The mercury in recent history have had great success against the sparks in the playoffs.They've knocked the sparks out of the playoffs in 2009,2013,and 2014.The last time LA beat phoenix in the postseason was 2000.

The mercury have a dominate post player who can put up 25/10,and must be double teamed.What if Nneka gets in foul trouble trying to guard Griner ? Taurasi is also capable of dropping 25-30 pts.And C.Little,despite being mediocre for most of the season,has always played Parker tough.This will not be a cake walk for the sparks.

I don't think playing Phx will be a cakewalk but if they do meet I like LA chances to win the series.Sparks may not have a BG stopper but they do have defenders for the rest of the team. Carson and Beard can play good defense on DT Mitchell Turner DRob MoCurrie. Phx will have their own issues guarding LA too.
