No Hayes and/or Sykes for a long stretch will put the Dream in a hole.

Sykes was still wearing the boot as of yesterday, but I don't know if that means it is going to be a long time before she gets back or not. I don't know anything about Hayes situation.

I suspect they would start Clarendon and Montgomery. Clarendon can play the 2. The problem comes in resting Angel, Clarendon or Montgomery since Hayes and Sykes usually back up Angel. If both are going to be out for a while, we do have a big problem.

maybe she experiments with a three big lineup with Dantas, Breland, EWill to give Angel a break.

She's needs to check out video of Breland in Chicago when they attempted to use Breland at the 3. Not very successful.

when you ain't got anybody else... And I was thinking more like Dantas. Dantas likes to float around outside anyway. But obviously defensively it's an issue.

I'd leave the post rotation as it is. Because the drop off from Clarendon to Dietrick is much steeper than the drop off from Breland to Dantas, though, I would hesitate to put both Montgomery and Clarendon in the starting lineup. I'd go outside the box, and start Billings at SF, moving McCoughtry to SG.

Billings has never played outside the paint, doesn't have a handle and she has no shot from beyond 8 feet... so yeah, that would be outside the box.

Musina, although I could see Agler signing her if he was smart.

So stipulated. All I have to offer in rebuttal is the following:

    1. They hardly play Billings in the post, anyway.
    2. She can't possibly be worse at SF than Dietrick is at SG.

I mean, I guess they could give more minutes to Hooper instead. Either way, they're scraping the bottom of the barrel.

You seem a little behind the times Silky - Hooper is no longer with the Dream. Perhaps you meant Lucas. Anyway, I'd stick with Montgomery, Clarendon and Angel as the 1,2 and 3 and hope that they don't mind playing about 38 minutes a game. (BTW - Cooper did start Angel at SG once and gave it up early in the first quarter.)

Hrmm... I suspect that if I made a joke about them all looking alike, that probably wouldn't go over too well?

I just went to the website and all 3 are there. They are the last 3 listed because they are the last 3 alphabetically.

Also, Sykes and Montgomery are currently playing.

EDIT: OK good, I was wondering what you were seeing haha

Ohhhhh baby, who’s going to get picked up? It better not be somebody funky like Elonu. Not sure what’s going on with Williams, but they could use another post right now. A bigger SF would be nice too.

Atlanta is one of the teams that could use her(Cappie), so you never know.

I disagree. We have more guards than we have minutes for already.

You have two gimpy guards that have missed games, so it’s not completely out of the question.
