With the conclusion of the 2017 Regular Season, I figured it's time for us Rebkellians to become voters and submit your ballots for the 2017 WNBA Rebkell Awards. Voting will be just you submitting your ballot in this thread. The deadline for submission is Sunday September 10th at 3 PM ET - which coincides with the start of the Connecticut/TBD playoff game. The announcement of the winners will come sometime during the Week of September 11-15.

Looks like Fowles will be the Rebkell winner unless a late surge by Parker or Charles changes things.

Fowles- 118
Parker- 67
Charles- 63
Jones- 47
Griner- 29
Ogwimike- 21
Diggins-Smith- 14

I'd like to know the reasoning by those that voted Parker for MVP.

Fowles' team finished on top, she led Parker in both scoring and rebounds. Parker had one head to head game with Minnesota that she did virtually nothing statistically.

So why Parker over Fowles?

Personally, other than sixth person where there really was slim pickings, I didn't think the individual awards were that difficult to choose.

. . . but, but, but she has such a nice smile! Very Happy And she celebrates and shows her appreciation so fiercely she inadvertently beats them up in the process. Such love!!!
