The play-by-play guy sounds as perky as ever, but LaChina sounds deflated by this losing streak.

I guess I'm the only person who gets mad as hell about how much his favorite team sucks then, so forget it then. I'll just complain about how much I hate the Lynx for being trash in the Lynx threads then. I'm not even trying to be funny. I'm seriously outraged at how the Lynx gave away the championship last year and how they have yet to prove they can win another title this year, meaning that the Lynx completely f'ed up the chance to be a WNBA Dynasty and instead let the Sparks be one.

Now i understand your fire and fury Spacejunkie #Salute Cool

Scoring with effectiveness vs scoring to make yourself look important! See #7 in pink tonight!

Also, I wonder if the fact that I never delivered on my promise to eat a piece of paper if the Lynx would win the 2015 WNBA Finals has cursed the Lynx, and if so, should I print off some stuff and get eating right now? Smile

Can the WNBA step in and take away and force them to sell to other owners in a different city that would actually care about the WNBA? I wish they could.

Why do you think these owners don't care about the WNBA?

I said "in a different city that cares" as in a city that would have fan support.

Team's best player doesn't show up for the games, why should the fans?

On the lighter side for the Dream Boyette had a good game, glimpse of the future?

It was mostly during garbage time, but still not bad.

Same can be said for sykes. Downplay the role players but light up the "Stars" of the team?

BTW - the most annoying part of this game was Jasmine Thomas. Where were these 6-9 FG and 4-6 from 3 type nights when she was playing for us? I mean I don't begrudge her success, but why didn't we ever get games (heck her whole season has been super) when she was on our team? Guess getting traded from the Dream was the best move ever for her career.

Which is why I don't want to see Cooper go. Last time we had a regime change we made stupid trades that set us back years, giving up 2 future All Stars for Matee Ajavon and Brittany Hyrnko.

I think JT has worked hard to expand her game, and it shows.

I thought it a bit weird that he played Sykes 38 minutes. Nobody else even close. What was the point? See if he could get another injury?

They're not that good to begin with and they were missing their best player and a key bench player tonight

Something of note for Lynx fans: The Sun won the opening tip, and then got the ball to start the second and fourth quarters as well.

I think the point was to help her overtake Gray for ROY!

Im honestly starting to believe they dont even know. Maybe tanking for a 2 year plan? Lori Ann will not want to rejoin this team next yr. She doesnt strike me as the tanking type. And im referring to throwing a season specifically

The problem with this is that the Dream + McCoughtry are not a tanking team.

Are we going to get a memo from the league?

With Hayes and Holmes out, his options were limited.
