She'd start in San Antonio or Washington, but she probably wants to go to a title contender like Minnesota, New York or Los Angeles. None of those three need her.

| Nothing but a diva and drama queen from her SC days..being an all-star by default was probably the worst thing that happened to her. Her ego skyrocketed and she even had the conspiracy theory of how she got left off Team USA. She doesn't have the talent to back it up. PASS! (The whole league, please)

Unless Phoenix trades her to Dallas, she can't just sign with Dallas. Now she could sign a contract with Dallas if they offered her one, but Phoenix can match it, if they wanted and she wouldn't be allowed to play for Dallas she'd be playing in Phoenix. BTW she does or at least did have an offer from Phoenix, which she chose not to sign, that is how she became a restricted free agent.
