Already? That means she'll be missing a month with the Mystics. They do look better with Thomas/Hawkins at center.

lol, Stocks randomly benches the Sky's best player today to start the half. Look at the +/- of their starters Laughing

Cappie is such an instigator! The double T on Dolson/TRP and Cappie's there to fuel the flames. She should have gotten her own T for that!

For those blaming bad chemistry in Chicago on EDD, I think the real problem is still on the team. As skilled as Cappie is, she's a loose cannon who loves to create drama and stick her nose (mouth) into situations that are none of her business.

Back to Dolson/TRP: I guess it had to hurt to have big body Dolson take down TRP, even if it was accidental - and I think it was accidental.

So disappointed in Imani Boyette. If i'm chicago,i'd sign/keep Coates, then trade Boyette for a young SG or SF who has good upside.

Boyette has certainly had a very sucky start to the season. That franchise continues to be poison. It seems that those who got away were not the problem.

I would take Boyette in NY in a heartbeat.

take your pick

Zahui B and our 2018 2nd round pick
Vaughn
R. Allen and 2nd round pick in 18( I really want R. Allen to work out for NY but Boyette would fit perfectly alongside Tina, I'm sure Laimbeer could turn her into the good version of herself on most nights, and if not we would still have Stokes and/or Vaughn if Imani was having a bad night.)

I would throw in Hartley with any of those trades if it made a difference (still rooting for Hartley in NY as well).

I was thinking more along the line of:

Boyette for Coffey

Boyette for Plum

Boyette for McBride

Boyette for Powers

Dallas seems to have a log jam at sf/sg......Diggins is also at her best when she's playing off the ball.

That is asking a lot for a player you're disappointed in who is only getting 10 minutes a night. Just kidding. I know I was low balling but except maybe Coffey I think that is a little too high of a Price. Maybe Powers Dallas needs some size and is doing pretty good without her. K. Davis and a 2nd round pick might be closer unless Dallas like Davis more than Powers.

Davis is definitely a keeper imo.She plays defense, within the offense, and is willing to sacrafice her game for the team.

I would do Zahui B. & our 2nd round pick for Boyette. I think Laimbeer could really help Imani's game. Stocks clearly doesn't.

I'd much rather work to develop Boyette, she has too much potential to throw away. In my opinion Boyette needs to be let to play through her mistakes (to an extent). Dolson is better at the moment, but her ceiling is a lot lower. I wish the Sky would go into full rebuild mode. I don't want to see Sloot, Quigley, Breland, and others go, but in the long run it would pay off to go into rebuild mode and build through the draft. Keep the younger players, and make some trades. There are a bunch of very good players in the next two drafts.

I especially agree with the bolded. It's hard to catch a rhythm playing in 2-4 minute spurts. However,Boyette needs to create her own rhythm/offense by running the floor and getting on the offensive boards.I honestly believe chicago should just blow it up and trade Pondexter,Quigley,Young, and Breland for young players/future lottery picks.

Boyette also can't pick up 2 fouls in 2 minutes either. She won't get any playing time that way.

The Sky players who take the most shots this season are all shooting less than 40%. I wanted to see improvements from Copper and Parker but so far nada. So its going to be a LONG season if the team can't shoot the ball better (the missed layups are killing me) and reduce the turnovers.
One more thing that needs improving is to stop giving the opposing teams uncontested three point shots.

Id take Boyette in Dallas For Sure !! Boyette for Karima Christmas Kelly ? Were kinda log jammed at guard . With the emergence of KD & Alisha Gray , Powers coming back and Diggs / Chong we need a big and someone has to be collateral . KCK has value
