For a veteran player with a reputation as being a smart player as well, Tamera Young made a series of shaky plays down the stretch. She lost her player leading to layup and took two shots that could have waited, giving Atlanta that last shot.
Then again, she played nearly 39 minutes, and Pondexter played more than 39 minutes, so fatigue might have been a factor.
Nice game by Dolson but if Kahleah Copper is a future star, why did she only play six minutes? Is she coming off an injury?
As for Atlanta, someone has to make a basket. 34.7% from the field won't get it done, and again, it didn't help that four of the five starters played big minutes (two with more than 35).

Baseball is the most free market of the major sports, and it is regularly pilloried for favoring large markets. |
And, perhaps not surprisingly, has the best competitive balance of the bunch.

Great team win!
Some observations
- Breland is still so hot and cold. If this team does tank, I wonder if we trade her before the deadline.
- We haven't had a low post presence like Dolson since Sylvia Fowles, and I think Stef is one of the most underrated players in the league. Great pick up!
- More Copper please!

As regards American sports being like communism, like actual communism, it has also failed pretty much to produce a fair distribution of wealth (player talent.)
The model followed by other countries seemed to be based on the Yacht racing. Due to laws of hydrodynamics, historically the longest (and therefore most costly) yacht was always the fastest. Thus the richest man in the region could have the fastest yacht and win all the competitions, thereby reinforcing the prevailing social order.

Definitely looking like suspicious activity on the myrtle account. Perhaps her computer has been hacked by T. Young or one of her fans.

Boyd is injured, and if you pick on Hamby the league will suspend you.
