I think Epps and Prince are the most WNBA-worthy talents. Prince is currently in a better situation than Epps is though IMO.

And Montgomery was a terrific pick for Seattle but not sure how high her ceiling is.

100% agree on Prince and Epps being the best prospects. Prince easily has the clearest path to a roster spot considering Phoenix only has 4 players that I consider to be locks (with no clearly discernable 5th starter). Epps is essentially fighting with 7 other people for Chicago's final spot.

Being the Mercury's only pick also helps Prince.

Plus not having PFT or Spinderella this season.

Is Epps going to beat out CHI's first round pick, or are they both going to make it on the team? Is Epps going to get cut and eventually have success on another team? What's the line of thinking from those who are voting for her?

Another week to vote on this. There's still time to catch Prince.

How about making this a "tracking poll" by letting us re vote each week. I think Chong could be moving up.

Four third rounders made rosters:

Saniya Chong
Makayla Epps
Lanay Montgomery
Alexis Prince

4 out of 12 in a weak draft. Very impressed. I believe in 2016 & 2015 none of the third rounders made an opening day roster.

At least one third rounder has made a roster every year

Was this actually that weak of a draft if you take away the lack of sure-star power at the top, or not? Maybe pilight has the data? or we have to wait a few years?

20 draftees made rosters, a typical number. Last year it was 21, the year before it was 20, the year before that it was 19. It will take some years to determine how strong it really is.
