I'm not including rookies, just players with at least under their belt, who have shown potential to take the next step.

I tried to add an "other" option, but it wouldn't let me, there are definetly a bunch of players other who could have been listed.

My vote goes to Powers. I think she has the highest ceiling on this list and could be one of the best wing players in the league in a couple years. There aren't a lot of 6-foot 2-guards in this league with elite athleticism.

She's my early pick for Most Improved.

I think Howard showed flashes of greatness last season so she gets my vote.

I wanted to vote for Powers, but her injury situation kind of pushed me to vote for my second choice. I think Jones has a good situation to show what she can do with Chiney out. Howard caught me by surprise last year, with Brunson getting older she could see an increase in minutes.

This is easy. Of those choices, it should be between JJones and Boyette, because those are the two that should have expanded roles and minutes this season.

I voted for Jones - she gets a lot more minutes and does more with them.

Jones, but don't be surprised if Bria Holmes is really good as well.

I like the whole list

I'm going to go with

T. Mitchell (I think she starts in Indy sooner rather than later under Pokey.)
Holmes (She is basically going to be filling in for Angel so that is a big opportunity.)
and Allen (She was still getting back from her injury last year, and with the retirement of Cash the team needs her to expand her role this season.)

These two were what I had in mind, as well.

Bria Holmes DEF. easily gets top 3 minutes out of that list and is leaned on to produce the most.

Went with Powers, but I think Gray will push her for playing time, so Holmes is my next choice.

I'm hoping Tiffany Mitchell has a breakout season and doesn't hit the sophomore slump!

based on the team, it should be Powers. But I'm also thinking Boyette could really explode offensively for the Sky. Other options: Bria Holmes & Amanda Zahui B.

Chelsea Gray. She's absorbed Agler's system and has the reigning MVP to pass the ball to. I've seen with my own eyes the difference between injured/out of shape Chelsea and healthy Chelsea. When healthy, she'll be the best PG in the league after Lindsay and Sue retire.

She might not start games, but she will finish them.

I'm curious... did you have Akhator ranked in the top 8 of the draft?

I voted for Chelsea Gray but my preferred answer would be Morgan Tuck.

I wouldnt be suprised if Williams steps it up another notch with Angel not playing this season. She might be the best center in the league this year or next year

I picked Jones. With the extended minutes and ability to hit the outside shot and rebound, she should show some improvements, but I did forget that Connecticut also traded for Kizer. I also think Gray will have a breakout year in LA with Toliver now in Washington. Even if Agler starts the season with Sims and Beard in the backcourt, I expect Gray and Williams to get valuable minutes off the bench. (Those two and Lavender may be LA's only players to get minutes off the bench. We all know Agler doesn't play too many subs.)

I agree. I hope she gets together with fellow Dukey, Alana, or some of the other ladies to whip herself into shape. She's not afraid to take over plays, and she sports a rainbow trey very reminiscent of Tina Thompson's beyond the arc moon balls.
