Which draftees will have to change their college uniform numbers?

Code:
Evelyn Akhator       13     Karima Christmas
Nia Coffey           10     Kelsey Plum
Brittney Sykes       20     Sancho Lyttle
Tori Jankoska         1     Tamera Young
Kaela Davis           3     Courtney Paris
Lindsay Allen        15     Brittany Boyd
Alexis Peterson       1     Crystal Langhorne
Leticia Romero       10     Courtney Williams
Jordan Reynolds       0     Meighan Simmons
Feyonda Fitzgerald    1     Erlana Larkins
Shacquilla Nunn       4     Moriah Jefferson
Alexis Prince        12     Alex Harden
Lanay Montgomery     15     Lauren Jackson (retired)

Also of note: Erica McCall wore #24 in college. While it is not in use or retired by the Fever, it is unlikely to be available to McCall.

I guess that means that Coffee and Plum may both want 10. Advantage Plum, she was drafted first. I suppose Plum was emulating Bird. Maybe Coffee would like some other number anyway. Some players could care less about their number.

Akhator is #9
Davis is #10

Nunn is not in camp, so she hasn't been assigned a number

Alexis Jones went from #30 to #12, so I'd assume Katie Smith's number is unofficially retired by the Lynx, and/or she did it out of respect for her?

Speaking of draftees, which one(s) will get their photo taken before the season is actually in progress? Rolling Eyes

And why isn't Whitcomb on this list?

That's a good question. Small Lady Whitcomb scored 15 in game 1 and 12 in game 2, but is not even listed on the WNBA preseason stats page.

The Storm website doesn't have her numbers on its stats page either.
