She started following USC and all remaining players on Twitter. Seattle Times says that she is also a possible contender for the UW post along with Adia Barnes and Loree Payne. These ladies were not the coach I had heard was the frontrunner so it might have been wishful thinking.

I would say there is a pretty good chance. I think she assumed that she would have moved into the head spot at Stanford sometime soon, but it does not appear that Tara is planning on leaving with her renewed enthusiasm from coaching this senior class. Either way she would get to experience head coaching first hand and would always have the chance to go back to Stanford.
