Mississippi State will beat South Carolina by 9 points for the NCAA championship. You heard it from me first.

You never know...I remember at the 2011 final four, nobody and I mean nobody outside of their fans thought Texas A&M had a chance. All the big names: UConn, Stanford, and Notre Dame. I remember there was a lady working at the autograph line asking if people wanted to get autographs from Texas A&M while all the others (I think) had to cut people off. One interesting fact is that one of the men behind that team is now running the MSU team. It'd be most improbable, but as physics say, there is a probability somewhere in the equation.

I've been thinking along similar lines but it's always one game at a time. There is a mid-major program they have to get past first. It could happen.

That's Vic Schaefer, former A&M defense coach, now MSU head coach.

Yup, that is pretty shocking, since Mississippi State has a zero percent chance of even being IN the NCAA Championship game.

Actually I think everyone said all year that the SEC was top heavy with two teams. Not sure anything has happened to change that assessment.
Congrats on those two teams playing for the title.

What happened to "MSU is overrated!" "Victoria Vivians is no all American" "0 percent chance". This coming from a UConn fan, but give credit where credit is due! Hell of a game by the Bulldogs..made me reminisce to when they had a good team in the LaToya Thomas and Tan White days.
