MSU needs to go at Plum to pick up that 4th foul on her early in the 4th quarter. Then she'll have to play more timid the rest of the game.

I thought MSU's size inside would be the difference. It may turn out that way, but they aren't as efficient as I thought they would be.

Another McCowan bucket, and then she forces a 3 seconds on Plum because she had no where to go in the paint. MSU up 3 with 8:30 to go.

Wow, turnaround jumper by McCowan, 5 point lead.

That's a tough one to take.

McCowan has 7 points in 2 minutes of the 4th quarter. Make that 9 in 2:30.

Finally we have found Osahor's cryptonite. Osahor is gassed

Washington had 20 in the 1st but then only 9 in the 2nd. 21 in the 3rd but only 2 in the 4th so far with 6:52 left. Offense flowing every other quarter only.

McCowan another and-1. Total domination, did not see that coming from her after a quiet 3 quarters. 14 points and 6 rebounds in the first 3:59 of the 4th quarter.

That will happen when the person guarding you can't even make it past halfcourt.

MSU is just so much deeper than UW. The press is wearing UW down and throughout the year UW just didn't develop their bench, playing their stars big minutes even in blowouts.

MSU up 11 with 5:30 to go.

Washington has a big center on the bench that was a McDonald's All American, can't even get in the game... so its not like they have no options, they just haven't developed their reserves. Or they could just move Collier to the 5 and sit Osahor.

Osahor's been gassed since the 1st half. I'm not feeling the hype. I really don't think the WNBA will either.

Washington should put Strother in. If nothing else she can foul McCowan and give her something to think about.

Neighbors said MSU is more tired lol. Pretty sure the team that's gone 11 deep isn't more tired than the team that's gone 7 deep

The McCowan show in the 4th quarter. Buckets, boards, and blocks.

It helps to be 5-6" taller than everyone else on the floor.

It's not that simple though, otherwise every player 6'6 and up would dominate and most don't. She didn't do that much the 1st three quarters. 20 points in the 4th quarter alone?! UW just was gassed.

Great two year run by Washington. Amazing careers by Plum and Osahor. I think this year shows for teams like Syracuse and Washington, its one thing to be the hunter, and its another to be the hunted, post final 4 and all the attention you get. You just don't sneak up on teams anymore.

Me and Vic thinking alike- Dillingham on Sugar Plum.

Great breakout game by the gentle giant. It's been great to see her improve steadily all year. She will be a force of nature in WCB.
