With our round-the-clock lives now, I see no reason that we continue to do this. Hated it when that asshole Mitch Daniels pushed it through that Indiana would begin to change time. Made so much more sense when we didn't.

What Michigan state Rep. Pete Lucido hates is switching back and forth twice a year.

Saving Daylight

Laughing Laughing I just can't help but watch this and laugh whenever the subject comes up.

It's low on my list of even pet peeves, but I also don't know that the reasoning behind why we do it makes any sense. I like the long days in the summer.

What is the default? Is that in the winter time? I never remember. It would be weird to have the sun be up at 4:30 AM in Seattle in the summer, but would it be any weirder than 5:30 AM? I guess people would mostly notice it in the evenings when it's kind of cool to have an extra hour of sun (meaning the sun goes down at 8 or 9 instead of 9 or 10), but I don't know that it's a show-stopper.

Or maybe it was this one?
Daylight Saving Trailer

Edit: I think I just posted the same one twice! Laughing They're supposed to have created a sort of follow-on one, but clearly I'm confused as well. Wink

I'd be happy to not have the clock spring forward, as a matter of fact I'd be happy to have 19 hours of dark permanently 😀
